We deliver across the country to over 18000 Pin codes. These deliveries are made through reputed courier companies. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time.

The general delivery timeline is 7 to 9 business days (metro cities) and 10 to 15 business days (non metro cities) depending on the delivery address pin code.

Once you proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address, our system will automatically check whether delivery is available for your location. If your order is successfully processed, it means delivery is available in your area. In case the order cannot be processed, you will be shown the reason accordingly. Should there be any other issue with delivery or serviceability, the Gilmore Oak team will get in touch with you directly.

The following modes of payments are available:

• Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa & Mastercard Network
• Visa Debit cards
• Netbanking/Direct Debit payments from select banks in India.
• Bank transfer
• Choose from the available online channels such as PayPal.

No there is no charge for delivery. Delivery is inclusive of the product price for all orders across the country.

We use 3rd party courier companies for deliveries. Most Courier companies generally attempt 3 times to deliver the products. They also leave a note for a call back in case the door is unanswered The courier company itself may leave an intimation for you or may call you to check for a time convenient to deliver, in case they don’t find you at home. Please contact the courier company and the earliest and give them a delivery time that will suit your schedule.

Once products are delivered to you as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible unless return request is made from one hour of placing the order.
