Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange for any other bag from our store. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within nine (9) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with item & Proof of purchase, and send the package to, 202 Owners Industrial Estate, Gabriel Road, Pitamber Lane, Mahim, Moghul Lane, Mumbai 400016.
Return shipping charges shall have to be reimbursed by you.
REFUNDS or EXCHANGES
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange or refund. Please allow at least nine (9) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you via email/whatsapp/phone call when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number or email id below to arrange a refund or exchange.
In such cases, the return shipping cost is 100% paid by us.
