Terms & Condition

Orders are processed daily – Monday through Saturday – with the exception of holidays. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

We send them via standard courier partners and share a tracking link. Most deliveries happen within 8-9 working days.

If we are facing huge demands in production, we might get slightly delayed, as all our bags are made & delivered with utmost priority and care. But we will try to dispatch the bag as soon as we can, and keep you updated.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

After placing the order a customer can cancel the order within 1 hour. And the Refund would be made within 6 working days. Our accounting department would get in touch with you regarding the same. To cancel the order, kindly email us the reason along with your order no. at info@elboninternational.com, or login to your account & cancel the placed order.
